Recently, led by Xu Jianhui, Vice Chairman of School Council of the School of Management at Harbin Institute of Technology, a delegation visited the School of Government (SOG) of Sun Yat-sen University, School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University, School of Public Administration, South China University of Technology (SPA- SCUT) , and the School of management, Jinan University for research and exchange activities.

Xu Jianhui engaged in in-depth exchanges with various institutions regarding the construction of counselor teams, employment guidance, and other related work. They extensively explored various topics such as the selection, training, assessment, and incentive mechanisms for counselor teams, as well as the construction of career guidance service systems and the development and utilization of alumni resources. Through these exchanges, both sides shared their experiences and practices, providing valuable references for further optimizing relevant work in their institutions.
